John P. Young, Incoming President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association
Young and Young is proud to announce that in May 2016, our partner, John P. Young, will assume the responsibilities of President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association advocates on behalf of the rights of injured Hoosiers for full redress of harms done them through the negligence of others.
Mr. Young proudly follows in the footsteps of his Father, Howard S. Young, Jr., his brothers Thomas Jordan Young, and Richard Andrew Young and his law partner Fredrick Walter Crow, all past Presidents of this worthy and prestigious organization.
Mr. Young has twenty-eight years experience representing Injured Hoosier’s in Indiana Courts across the State. He is double Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana. He is also past Chair of Boy Scout Troop 174 in Indianapolis. Mr. Young is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Young is rated AV (Excellent) by Martindale Hubble, a peer reviewed legal organization, is rated ten out of ten by Avvo, and has been designated as a Super Lawyer.
Mr. Young focuses his practice on representing Hoosiers all over the State in the areas of Semi Tractor Trailer Collisions, Automobile collisions with emphasis on drunk driving collisions, and construction accidents. Mr. Young also represents claimants before the Social Security Administration. Mr. Young enjoys working with Co-Counsel across the state in complex legal matters.
Mr. Young has long experience representing Hoosiers with brain injury, spinal cord injury, paralysis, and families coping with the wrongful death of a loved one.
